Central's campus will once again be home to a wide variety of cultural experiences, but this years' event will be somewhat different than the 2013 FRINGE.

- Create the overall FRINGE! calendar
- Make space reservations
- Book your event into a reserved space (after consulting with you)
- Put your event on the FRINGE! calendar
- Put your info on the FRINGE! web site & FRINGE FACEBOOK page
- The Theatre department will pay for and run logo based newspaper ads, write PR releases and distribute posters around campus and town announcing FRINGE FESTIVAL dates and information.
- Each event/group is also responsible for advertising their own event
- Each event is responsible for individual posters/PR/crowd recruitmen
- Everyone needs to help us get the word out and build audiences!
- The Theatre department will recruit acts/groups/departments to contribute
time and talent to the FRINGE! We welcome your ideas. We encourage your talents! - There will be a wide mix of events across campus.
- The FRINGE! will feature the talents of students, faculty and community members in a range of traditional and nontraditional
settings. - Performances and events will be short and may appear multiple times and in multiple locations.
What's different in 2014? - Each event is responsible for providing information about their event by established deadlines.
- Once you have accepted the date/time/location assigned to your event, you may not change your date/time/location. You must honor the master calendar.
- Each event is responsible for their OWN content/staffing/teching/setup/tear down/cleanup.
- The theatre department will NOT be providing a run crew/tech crew/house management crew.
- Any and all performance groups/departments/event is in completely in charge of their own
organization/time management/content and volunteer crew. - Each event must honor the time schedule so as not to impact other groups negatively.
- If you select an outdoor performance space, you will be assigned a rain space. You must honor that rain space assignment.
- Any and all performance groups/departments/event is in completely in charge of calling their own weather decision. Should the decision be made to relocate, each performance group/department/event will be dealing with their own relocation of equipment& supplies.
- It is the total responsibility of the performance group and their crew of volunteers as the theatre department will
NOT be providing crew. - No wristbands will be sold this year. All events are FREE unless otherwise noted on posters/flyers/advertising. Any fee must be clearly publish in advance.
- The theatre department is not responsible for ANY of your event’s individual expenses!
